I have been living in a rental flat for 6 years. One morning I woke up and just thought - "Enough! I'm tired of living in a dump. I'm going to change this place".
The point is that I don't want to spend lots of money, on rental flat renovation. (I with my husband are building our own house in suburb, so it's just a matter of time how long we will be living here).
